Registration Requirements

The following information is needed to complete a student organization registration:

Student organization membership must consist of at least:
- One President
- One Senator
- Minimum 5 currently enrolled TCC students (including President & Senator) who are in good standing with the college.
- You will need Names, Student ID Numbers, Phone Numbers, and my.tccd.edu emails for each of the 5 members.
- At least one Advisor who is a full-time faculty or staff at TCC.
Each Registered Student Organization is required to have at least five (5) members (current TCC students). Provide information about each member below. If you have more than 5 members/officers, please click the add more button below and provide the required information

- You can upload your student organization constitution to the General RSO Information section, or email it to your campus's Coordinator of Student Activities.

Prohibition of Hazing

Hazing is forbidden by state law and is defined as follows:
1. Any actions which seriously imperil the physical well-being of any student.
2. Activities which are by nature indecent, degrading, or morally offensive.
3. Activities which by their nature may reasonably be assumed to have a degrading effect upon the mental attitude
